How will we meet in Corfu?

If you arrive by plane in Corfu, one of our representatives will be waiting for you at the airport arrivals with a sign with your name on it, so you want miss it. Alternatively, our office is located 400 meters away from the airport, so you can come to us walking. You can specify the preferred way while booking. For any other location, we contact you and deliver the car to you.

How can I make the reservation?

The reservation can be done through our online system, by e-mail, telephone or text. No deposits or open credit cards are taken.

What is included in basic price?

Free 2nd driver. Unlimited mileage. Insurance and 24 hours road service. Map of the island. Free baby, child and booster seats.

How can l order baby, child or booster seats?

There is a choice in the reservation form in the Extras department. Just click how many of seats you need and we will manage to be in your car. You can add on the comment box also the age, height and weight of you baby/kid. Also you can give a check to the terms page to see the types of the seats.

How can l pay?

You can pay cash money on arrival or by credit/debit card(Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Discover, UnionPay and Diners). If you go for the card option, you can pay on arrival or online while booking. PayPal is also an option. For online payments, you will be transferred at a safe bank environment for a secure transaction.

Can I have G.P.S.(navigation system)?

Yes, there is a choice in the reservation form in the Extras department. GPS (Global Positioning System) is in english and several other languages.

Can l have a dedicated car driver (chauffeur)?

Yes. Let us know your request in the Notes box field and we will get back to you with the availability and the cost.

If my flight will be delayed for a few hours will there be penalties?

No, if your flight has been delayed our staff will wait for you at the airport, whatever time with no extra cost. For best service, be sure to write the fight number when booking.

Do I need a credit card?

No, credit card is not needed. No deposit or open cards are taken.

Can I extend my rental?

You can extend your rental period as long as you inform us in sufficient time.

Can I modify/cancel my reservation?

You can modify or cancel your reservation at least 48hours before for free. No cancelation fees will be applied. However, if you choose to pay online, banking fees may apply in returning your money.

What should I do if I have problems with my car?

In case of a breakdown call us at our telephone number found in our website as soon as posible.
