How can we meet in Corfu?
If you arrive by air in Corfu, one of our representatives will be waiting for you at the Airport Arrivals holding a sign with your name written on it. Alternatively, since our office is located 400 metres away from the airport, you can easily visit us, even on foot, to pick your car up. You can specify the preferred way while booking. For any other location, we will contact you in order to deliver your desired car.
How can I pay?
You can pay in cash upon arrival or by credit/debit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Discover, UnionPay and Diners). If you choose to pay by card, you can pay either upon arrival or online while booking. PayPal is also an option. Online payments are carried out in a secure bank environment for ensuring secure transactions.
Can I extend my rental?
You can extend your rental period on the condition that you notify us of this matter promptly.
Can I modify/cancel my reservation?
You can modify or cancel your reservation at least 48hours prior to the rent start day, totally for free. No cancellation fees will be applied. However, if you choose to pay online, banking fees may apply for returning your money.
What should I do if I have problems with my car?
In case of breakdown call us at our telephone number shown on our website as soon as possible.
What is included in basic prices?

Can l have a private car driver (chauffeur)?
Yes. Notify us of your request in the Notes Section and we will inform you about the availability and cost.
In case of a flight delay for a few hours, are there any charges?
No, if there is a flight delay, our staff will be waiting for you at the airport, whatever time, with no extra cost. In order to enjoy the best services, make sure that you notify us of the flight number when booking.
Do I need a credit card?
No, credit cards and deposits are not required.
When is my credit card charged?
If you choose to pay by card, your card will be charged immediately.
Can I cancel my reservation?
You can cancel your reservation whenever you want, on the condition that you notify us of the cancellation at least two days prior to the rent start date.
What is your return and refund policy?
If you have paid by card and you would like to cancel your reservation, you will get a refund based on our cancellation policy.
How long does it take to proceed with a refund?
It usually takes three days to complete the refund through the banking system.
